A carved stone head in profile, eyes closed, its open back holding wooden shelves of keepsakes joined by a fine red thread.

There was a reason you saved it.

A photograph of a room, a place you want to visit or a note about something you would like to learn. Months later, the reason can be harder to find than the image.

Living is being designed to keep that part of the story too: what appealed to you, what you had in mind and whether it still interests you.

HoWA connects the thread between people, places and everyday life. In Living, the thread stays with the person.

Your taste

Keep references and the reasons you chose them. A material, a colour or a style you return to can help when you are making another choice.

Your projects

Give a personal project a place to start: the references, a list of what you need and time set aside for it.

Your life as it changes

A move should not mean losing the interests and preferences you want to keep.

Product concepts in development. Features, connections and prices will be confirmed before access opens.

Illustrative concept

You saved the bowl because you liked the glaze.

Later, you decide you would like to learn to make one. The photograph and your note are still there.

Living could help you gather references, list what you need to learn and set aside time for a first project. You would review any course booking or purchase yourself.

Know-How · Programme concepts

A little help getting started.

Know-How programmes will offer an expert's method for a subject you want to explore. Living can organise the programme around your preferences and the time you have.

  • Make Time to Make

Choose a small creative project, gather the materials and give it a place in your week.

  • A More Considered Wardrobe

Look at the clothes you wear most, the shapes you like and the gaps you want to fill.

  • The Weeknight Table

Plan meals around how much time you have to cook and who will be eating.

  • Make an Occasion of It

Keep the guest list, meal ideas and preparations for a gathering together.

Illustrative programme ideas. Titles, authors, contents and any prices are to be confirmed.

The house keeps its history. Your interests come with you.

Home holds the property's records and helps with life in that household. Living will cover your interests and personal plans beyond the address.

You might want your taste in materials to inform a room design. That does not mean handing your whole personal record to a designer. The information to be shared should be chosen for that job.

You can change your mind.

A colour you liked five years ago does not have to become a permanent description of your taste. The same goes for plans you have abandoned or interests you have outgrown.

We are designing Living so you can see what it remembers, correct it and remove it.

Original records should remain distinct from generated suggestions. We will explain the controls and data handling before product access opens.
